In Micromise Systems, our target was to develop a system, which would be effective, compact, quick and easy to install and calibrate and at same time cost effective. We have included a regulator which can be installed in any vehicle from 50kw to 280kw, so in 99% of the cases, only one reducer would be enough to handle the output. Solenoid valve and temperature sensor for reducer is already attached, ready to go and save installation time. The size of the reducer is also not big so that it can be fitted in the tight places.
Micromise Injectors, giving fast response (around 2.0ms) with a good accuracy level, fuel economy and with a good life time. Can easily handle dirty fuel and can be serviced in no time as you'll never have to take it off the vehicle. The spares of the Injectors are also easily available. Injectors can handle up to 40KW per cylinder in 1 bar pressure and bit more (up to 45KW) on higher pressure. Gas temperature sensor and pressure sensor is incorporated on the gas vapour filter, again reducing installation time. Micromise do not have any MAP sensor as the vehicle is run under its own petrol ECU MAP. An advanced switchover system provided with a level indicator as well as the software is designed with an inbuilt gas diagnostics error code facility.
The Electronics of Micromise is also easier than many other equipment. The ECU processes real time data from the vehicles existing engine map and diverts it over to the gas injector with required added value to it, so the vehicle is always running based on the original MAP and hence the actual engine management system is not disturbed, resulting less chance of check engine errors and a smoother vehicle operation. The ECU does not hold a separate engine MAP solely to operate the vehicle.Software is recently upgraded with an OBD/MAP based tuning system making the tuning easier than ever. The System can handle sequential, semi-group, group or even mono injection systems very efficiently where many other systems have struggled.
